Cafes are visited by editors who do not publish their names. This is deliberate: anonymity protects the audit. The team is small, local, and accountable to the editor-in-chief above. Bills are filed, audited, and retained.
Pattaya Coffee is part of an editorial network of independent Pattaya guides — dining, schools, coffee, and more. Same editorial standards across every site. No paid placements anywhere in the network.

We read everything. We don't reply to everything. We reply faster to a specific question about a specific cafe than to general "have you considered" emails.
What we publish
Pattaya Coffee publishes one numbered issue per season. Issue 01 launches with the inaugural Pattaya Coffee 30 ranking after the audit completes. Today's brew rotates daily across the verified set. New cafes can be added between issues but the ranking is reviewed seasonally.
What we don't publish
Sponsored content. Affiliate links. Paid reviews. Guest posts from PR firms. SEO-driven listicles. "Best of 2026" content with rotating partners. We don't run any of it. If you came here from a Google search expecting a "Top 10 Pattaya Cafes 2026" article — try the chains. We're the other thing.
